I am a travel enthusiast. I love visiting new places and hearing stories from the people I meet. Whether they're a local or a gringo, most people have an interesting story.  

I've lived in South Korea, that started it off right, and after being a single dad in the USA for over a decade, I took a mini-retirement and moved to Colombia with my son. I've been traveling off and on ever since. I've lived and taught ESL in Vietnam and visited Thailand and Cambodia. 

I've never claimed to be an expert but I've been a few places and I'm smarter than the average bear ;)
