Vietnam is transitioning to the Apostille effective September 11, 2026. **Thailand will transition to the Apostille process in the "near future" (whenever that is, late 2026 or 2027).

All states have a department dedicated to this and the same with all universities and colleges. They do this "notarize a diploma" stuff everyday. So even if your college isn’t in Florida, I honestly believe this information will help you.  *Make contact with your Registrar’s Office at your school. I emailed mine first. I wanted this stuff in writing. I’m visual and I wanted proof someone told me to do what I was going to do. I did need to call the registrar’s office at my school when packages started getting lost and torn up; however, the last time I did this in 2023 I never had to speak to anyone at my college because everything went smoothly.
